Seymour Sacks. Seymour is the inventor and original patent holder of the Sacks Equalization Model. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SEM (a/k/a Sacks Equalization Model Inc.). Mr. Sacks has spent many years in the securities business holding account executive positions with Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns, and as a Senior Vice President with Rosenkrantz Ehrenkrantz Lyon & Ross, Ladenburg Thalmann, Ehrenkrantz King Nussbaum and VFinance Securities. He holds a BA degree from the University of Miami.
Ron Levitt. Ron is the Chief Financial Officer of SEM (a/k/a Sacks Equalization Model Inc.). Ron has extensive experience in the financial services and payments processing space, having brokered several transactions in the past 5 years as a Partner in Noblett & Associates. Prior to Noblett & Associates, Ron served as the Director of Finance and Business Acquisition’s, for MCI for over 10 years. During his tenure, he participated in over 26 M&A Transactions, ranging in size from $2.0M to $4.0B. Ron is an accomplished, business-focused financial executive with an outstanding record of creating and implementing strategies, policies and procedures to enhance overall profitability of companies spanning a range of industries. Experienced in all facets of Financial Business Operations including, Budgeting, Forecasting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial & Operational Integration and Accounting & Financial Reporting. Ron earned his B.A. and Master in Professional Accounting at the University of Miami.
Lori Ritter. Lori is the Chief Creative Officer of SEM (a/k/a Sacks Equalization Model Inc.). Lori is a creative and dynamic public relations, event planning, and market research executive. She has helped lead efforts behind the award winning Office Depot Foundation National Backpack Program, which includes the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) Spotlight Award (2011), PR News CSR Award in Media Relations (2010), and the US Chamber of Commerce Business Civic Leadership Center Corporate Citizenship Award (2009). Lori is also a successful entrepreneur and has created a line of cosmetics and accessories under the It Girl ™ brand. The brand was selected by Lionsgate Entertainment as part of the promotional product strategy for the 2007 Bratz® movie. Additional experience includes Licensing Manager for Perry Ellis International, Product Development Associate for Insight Optical (For Eyes), and Buyer at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York City. This has allowed Lori to gain an extensive background in business, marketing and product development. Lori earned her Masters of Arts degree in Visual Arts Administration from New York University and a B.A in Art History from the University of Florida.
Dr. Jeff Ritter, DBA. Jeff is a Strategy Consultant for SEM (a/k/a Sacks Equalization Model Inc.). Jeff earned his Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Business. He also earned an MBA from Long Island University and a BBA from Baruch College, part of the CUNY, the City University of New York. Dr. Ritter has held positions as Professor, Faculty Senator, Department Chair, and Dean for a number of Universities and has published several research articles. He has spoken at a number of regional and national conferences in the areas of health care, strategic planning, and education. As a practitioner, Dr. Ritter is a former Healthcare Executive and Management Consultant with experience in strategic planning, operations, training, marketing strategy, and leadership. Dr. Jeff Ritter currently is the CEO of Strategic Consulting Inc., which provides strategic planning and organizational strategy to the business, educational, and health care sectors. In addition, Dr. Ritter volunteers for a few local groups and is a board member of the South Florida Health Care Executive Forum and Financial Review Board of the City of Delray Beach, in which he resides.
